Our waitress never checked on us, gave refills, and was very slow with the food and bill. I was actually shocked at how bad it truely was.neither the hard rock, or the bar, were busy, yet we were completely ignored by staff.
Was looking forward to it, since it was the first time 2 in our group had stayed there, but have to say, the service in hard rock, and at the casino bar, was absolutely horrible!!! Rooms, and pool are great! But the service had my entire group upset.
